Previous to your appointment we will discuss your massage needs to determine whether Swedish, Deep Tissue or a combination of both works best for you. All massage services include aromatherapy, essential oil and warm towel foot treatment.

Got pain? Tight fascia and muscles can really do a number on you. A therapeutic massage includes all of the benefits of a relaxation massage -- aromatherapeutic essential oils, hot towel foot treatment, deep relaxation -- but we'll focus on your problem areas using light to deep pressure to target areas with a variety of massage techniques. You will leave relaxed and recharged.

I've been going to Bridget for massage since 2015, and she is one of the best therapists I have seen (and I've seen a lot!). She's helped me with an assortment of different physical injuries and ailments over the years, as well as all the usual life stresses that accumulate in my shoulders, neck, and lower back, and I always leave her table feeling amazing.
After I tripped and fell on the edge of a step, injuring my hip and thigh, I went to my PCP, which was useless. I made an appointment with Bridget and she worked wonders! The pain was eliminated and full range of motion was restored!
